Market data
The UK's first price index for second-hand robots. Built from 1,140 verified sales across 62 tracked models, rebased to 100 in July 2025, updated monthly. Every listing on the marketplace is checked against it.
All robots · as of June 2026
Gentle deflation overall — supply of nearly-new units is growing faster than demand, which favours buyers.
New-model launches each spring push last year's flagships down ~6% — the classic upgrade-cycle discount.
Strongly seasonal: prices bottom in November and peak in April–May. Buy your mower in winter.
Sub-250 g models hold value best; full-size camera drones depreciate faster on new releases.
The fastest-deflating segment — relentless new-model pace. Excellent news for first-time makers.
The exception: demand outruns supply and early humanoid allocations carry a scarcity premium. We expect this to normalise as production scales.
The Index tracks achieved prices — what robots actually sell for, not what they're listed at — across a fixed basket of 62 models, weighted by transaction volume. Condition is normalised to “Excellent” using our grading model; battery health below 75% is excluded from the basket. Grey line on segment charts shows the all-robots index for comparison.
